  • Delivery Delays: Proopen is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier logistics, or customs procedures.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition and original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee: Large furniture returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return freight costs for oversized items unless the return is due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Proopen website—including text, high-resolution furniture photography, logos, and product designs—is the property of Proopen. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
